MPS-S
Powder Granulates Dissolving System
Using the MPS-S system (solids), common powder granulates like salt or hydro usually used in a dye house, can automatically be transported to each dyeing machine. The basic execution includes product storage tank, discharger, weighing and mixing tank, and pressure pump.
The design of the MPS-S system is customer-specific and dependent on the consumption and the size of packing units (sack, Jumbo bag or silo truck). Enclosed protection is provided keeping the products dry and free running.
A scale in the weighing and mixing tank records the product quantity. The powder granulates are mixed with a minimum amount of water and pumped to the dyeing machine.
