Tumbler
For years the Thies product range has comprised of successful machines for tumbling, drying and heat treatment of woven and knitted fabric. Qualities such as terry fabric, cord and velour are processed to achieve a voluminous fabric with good pile development.
The tumbling process improves the residual shrinking values of the cloth and gives the treated textiles a dense appearance. A voluminous handle and touch is achieved on womens fashion fabrics eg. Viscose, Tencel, Polynosic and Cupro.
