soft-TRD DS XL
The soft-TRD DS XL is a universally applicable dyeing machine for knits and wovens.
With its short fabric circulation times and 'flooded' fabric transport system the machine is especially suitable for crease sensitive fabrics made from Polyester (also unfixed PES), Polyester blends, Polyamide, micro fibres and Lycra blends as well as pile or wool fabrics.
The dyeing chambers of the soft-TRD DS XL are each designed to take two fabric ropes. The loading capacity per tube is dependent on the specific fabric properties and selected machine execution. A choice of machine sizes offering a wide range of capacities.
Incorporating a symmetrically configured inner fabric chamber, the new compact design allows, dependent on the type and construction of the fabric to be processed, a liquor ratio of min. 1:8.
A modern industrial PC controls and monitors the dyeing and finishing cycle while at the same time optimising the treatment process. More detailed information on Thies control systems is available on request.
