ecoMaster
A further development of the internationally successful eco-soft plus fabric dyeing machine, the ecoMaster combines the outstanding features of safe fabric transport and flexibility with new innovations in liquor transfer, liquor penetration and process technology with reduced energy consumption and shorter process times to produce excellent quality fabric.
A highly versatile machine, the ecoMaster is ideal for the processing of a wide range of both knit and woven articles.
Optimised configuration of dyeing kier and liquor pump combined with a new heat exchanger, making it possible - depending on the fabric properties - to dye synthetics starting at a liquor ratio of 1:3 and cotton articles at 1:4,5.
A modern industrial PC is used to control and monitor the dyeing and finishing process. More detailed information on the Thies range of control systems is available on request.

- Adjustable winch drive combined with programmable nozzle pressure permits fabric speeds of 40-400 m/min
- Analog dosing
Programmable automated dosing of dyes and chemicals using time and curves (also possible under HT conditions) - Control via industrial PC
- Max. operating temperatures 95°C and 140°C
- 1 to 8 chambers per machine
- Single or double rope execution
- Nominal chamber capacities 100 kg, 180 kg and 250 kg
